WELCOME!!! to this sites first annual public costume contest.

Like all fun games there are just a few simple rules:

1. Pictures must be at least semi clean. No Nudity.

2. Pictures can be from any year and you can post as many as you please.

3. Pictures will be posted as received but voting will not begin until November 1

4. Once voting begins, you can vote for as many pictures as many times as you want.

That's all there is to it. If you would like to join in the fun and submit a picture all you have to do is e-mail your picture to costumecontest@comcast.net. Attach your picture to the e-mail and inside include your name, age, and location. HAVE FUN
